Please note: At the moment, we require a minimum of 10 rooms booked in order to host a reception and accommodation.

Our Executive Wedding Package includes …

  • Your Venue
    The hire of Auchen Castle for your ceremony
  • Your Paperwork
     Your marriage notice (M10) forms & full assistance with all legalities
  • Your Minister / Registrar 
     We'll arrange and book either a minister or registrar to conduct the service (Please note, these fees are paid direct)
  • Witnesses if required.
  • Champagne in your room on arrival.
  • Luxury Four Poster Accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast Basis in one of the feature, four poster suites in the Castle. Accommodation is for one night, but you can have two nights Bridal Suite with the package at no extra cost so long as the 10 rooms are booked for both nights.
  • The Reportage wedding photography package. With this service, we offer you a large selection of colour, sepia and black & white photographs in a mix of traditional style photographs and photographs taken in thereportage style (This is the more candid, natural style of photography).These are all sent to you on contact sheets which are yours to keep.  Each picture is individually numbered for you to select 50 for your album, and any reprints or extras you may want.  Your 50 photographs are arranged across various templates and printed directly onto the pages of your personal wedding album.  The cover is also inscribed with your names and your favourite picture
  • Your flowers - a Superb Bridal Teardrop Posy and a Grooms Buttonhole prepared fresh a few hours prior to your wedding, which will be colour co-ordinated with your bridal attire. You will have personal contact with our florist.
  • A Top Table Flower Arrangement and Four Balloon Arrangements for a party of approx 20 people. (An additional cost will apply for parties over 20). These table decorations will be delivered fresh on the morning of your wedding. You will have personal contact to discuss your colour scheme etc.
  • A Scottish Piper to pipe the arrival of the groom and guests and then pipe the bride into the wedding ceremony.
  • Bride's Hair & Makeup on the morning of the wedding. The beautician will come to your room at the castle.
  • Your Wedding DVD Recording - The videographer will begin with guests arriving/ bridal party getting ready and film throughout the ceremony and photography, ending with a mock cutting of the cake, before the meal. (you will receive two extra DVD’s for your family or friends).
  • Owl Ring Delivery - Barney the Owl will fly in with the wedding rings during your ceremony!
  • A 2 Tier wedding Cake.
  • We will provide wedding bubbles for your guests for a fantastic photo opportunity.
  • Your co-ordinator will be there at the castle to ensure everything goes according to plan, leaving you to truly savour your wedding day.
